Old 41 Rd shut down after semi-truck rolls over in Bonita Springs

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — Southbound lanes of Old 41 Rd have been shut down at Bonita Beach Rd SE after a semi-truck hauling cardboard rolled over in Bonita Springs.
The Bonita Springs Fire District and Lee County EMS responded to the crash at 12:00 PM on Tuesday.
The sole occupant of the truck was able to exit the vehicle before responders arrived and did not sustain any injuries.
Southbound lanes of Old 41 Rd will be shut down for at least another hour as crews work to clear the roadway.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.
